🔹 Order Changes & Cancellation Policy

Can I make changes after I place an order?

  • Due to our quick dispatch process, we can't change orders once submitted.
  • You can cancel the order within 3 hours after purchase and reorder with the correct details.
  • No cancellation penalties apply.

🔹 Returns & Refund Eligibility

Return window:

  • You can request a return within 7 days from receiving your package.
  • Requests after this period are not guaranteed for approval.

Return shipping:

  • Buyers cover return shipping unless:
  • ✅ You received a defective or wrong product.
  • In such cases, we will handle the return shipping cost.

Refund will be granted if:

  • ✅ The item is defective or damaged.
  • ✅ The wrong product or incorrect size was shipped.
  • ✅ You haven't received the order after 30 days.
  • ❌ No refunds for worn, altered, or misused products.
  • ❌ Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Proof you need to provide:

  • Order ID or receipt.
  • Images showing the damage or issue clearly.
  • Correspondence screenshots if available.

Steps to request a refund:

  2. Provide the needed evidence.
  3. We’ll evaluate and reply within 2–3 working days.

  • Returns should not be made without contacting our support first.
  • The correct return address will be provided via email.

How long does a refund take?

  • Refunds are issued in about 7 business days after we receive the return.
  • Bank processing may add an extra 5–7 business days.
