📌 Where Are Orders Sent From?

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment hubs located in Vietnam and China. We choose the optimal location to deliver efficiently based on availability and your region.

📌 Can I Edit My Order?

Yes. We accept changes within 3 hours after your order is placed. Simply contact us at cs@japcozy.com with your order number and update request.

📌 Which Countries Do You Ship To?

We ship to most international locations including the USA, Canada, Australia, UK, EU countries, and many others.

Exclusions: We do not ship to military addresses (APO/FPO), Iran, Syria, North Korea, or other restricted zones.

📌 How Do I Check My Order Status?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for updates to reflect.

📌 What’s the Return Policy?

You can request a return or replacement if:

     
  • ✅ Your item is defective or damaged on arrival

  • ✅ The product does not match what was ordered
  •  
  • ✅ The delivery exceeds 30 business days

❌ We do not support returns for preference changes or customer input mistakes.

📌 Which Payment Options Are Available?

We currently accept PayPal. Additional payment options will be made available soon, including major credit cards.
